ABOUT PATRIOT BASKETBALL PROGRAM
A volunteer-run program designed to challenge homeschool athletes to grow in their spiritual walk, self-discipline, leadership, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Also, develop camaraderie among teammates and a love for the game. We strive to share the love of Christ with others.

TRY-OUTS/REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION IS OPEN AND REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN OPEN GYMS AND TRYOUTS. SEE THE REGISTRATION BLUE BUTTON BELOW TO REGISTER FOR BOTH EVENTS. WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER REGISTRATION, PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE TEAMSNAP APP AND ACCEPT THE INVITATION.
Current Fall Season:
Open Gyms: Tuesdays - July 8th, 15th, 33nd, and 29th at 5:30 TO 7 PM
​                       Location - Stuart Heights, 1505 Cloverdale Dr. Hixson, TN
 Try-outs:  Tuesday, August 12th and 19th at 5:30 to 7 PM
                       Location - Stuart Heights, 1505 Cloverdale Dr. Hixson, TN 

CONDITIONING
To prepare for the upcoming season, we strongly advise to begin conditioning in early summer. Dribbling, shooting, and running in advance will prepare for practices and games. 

PRACTICES
Two to three times per week located at local gym facilities. 

GAMES
Local and out-of-town games from August to February. 

EXPECTATIONS OF ATHLETE

• You are expected to attend every practice and game.
• Be on time and prepared to begin at the scheduled time.
• Wear the proper uniform and gear.
• Be respectful to your coaches, teammates, managers and referees.
• Follow all instructions from your coaches.
• Always be a good sport.

AGES BRACKET
Rising 6th - 8th grade boys.

COST
Approx. $600 per player. This non-refundable team fee covers the cost of uniforms, field rental, referees, and year-end celebration. The athlete provides shoes. The fee is not due at the time of registration. (No cash accepted.)

COMMUNICATION
Registration and communication throughout the season will be via Teamsnap. All families are required to download and utilize the TeamSnap app. 

​WORD TO PARENTS
The best thing you can do as a parent is be their biggest fan and encourager no matter their skill level. Encourage your child to get plenty of rest, water, and food during the season.

 REGISTRATION OPEN. To register for tryouts, please click on the blue registration button. You will be redirected to our Teamsnap website to complete all athletic forms and waivers required to participate with CSTHEA Patriots. Please allow at least 15 minutes to complete the registration. Registration places you on a Try-out Roster.
